Easy to communicate with over emails, text or call. I was just as pleased a year later when I refinanced my home. Just a great person to work with and I received a great rate. Terrible service and zero follow through. My loan officer did not communicate with me nor give me updates on the mortgage approval process. I was in the dark the entire time and finally cancelled my application.

Loan simple never made payments to me for use of my home office, nor did they pay for my internet. They expected my wife work overtime weekdays and weekends because she was salary. While boosting the did over a billion dollars in sales last year. Management is unable to be accessed to ask why there is no training.

Leave me alone! Stop bombarding my mailbox with sketchy offers I don't want and never asked for. Why don't you feel confident putting your letterhead on the outside of the envelope? Why can't I reach customer service? Highly suspicious and incredibly annoying. I will never ask Loan Simple for anything except to leave me alone in peace.

Switched my % from 3 to 10 at the very last second before closing on my first home... obviously could not afford that so it completely screwed my life. Not to mention they never answer or email you back within a timely manner so you constantly lose on home offers. LoanSimple surely has to be a scam for how awful they treat you, how many other people had the same exact experience as me, and the fact they are just money hungry feens. Please do yourself a favor and don't be stubborn like I was. Listen to your real estate agents loan company recommendations. Even if it means switching everything up in the middle of an offer.
