Location closed during operating hours, people standing outside, noone inside but girl hanging out in the parking lot telling customers they will open at midday?where is management?where is corporate to address this?

Been coming here for the past two years to cash my checks and get change for my store. Service has always been amazing untill I met Nicole worst attitude ever for whatever reason. Definitely will not be coming back here!

I've been coming here for over 5 years and over 100 visits cash checks for thousands. Now the new branch manager Nicole wants to treat me like I'm a criminal cash in the $90 check wow

This location is awesome! I've gone to this location for a few years now, and have never had a problem with anyone I've talk to here! All the staff I've worked with, are great! They make it easy and fast to get you on your way. Awesome location! Keep up the great work and thank you!

This location is inexperienced, and the "supervisor" who must lack the appropriate creditials to comprehend what a durable power of attorney is, is showing her lack of knowledge and brain capacity when one is presented. Her statement was " well, it doesn't say anything about financials." Which in fact revealed the lack of reasoning ability, since a power of attorney appoints a person as their attorney in fact to perform any task an attorney may perform, duh, does that mean financials? My powers of deductive reasoning would allow me to make that stretch that financials might, just maybe be tasks that an attorney might have the authority and the expectation of completing. Therefore, the incompetence flows downhill, and the young''uns are being taught the same incompetence and erroneous illogical thought processes. Furthermore, stupidity breeds stupidity, but you can always fix how ingnorant you are by educating and learning. It can be stopped if some initiative is utilized to prevent the blindness acts of ingnorance from perpetuating and leaving customers with legitimate documentation from not being able to conduct necessary financial acts to act responsible in the responsibilities. Customer service, yep pretty sure money tree missed the mark on this one too. When calling"customer service", they put your name in the computer and someone will get back to you, but if you want to speak to a district or regional manager, "no, uh, we don't do that here, I can't you a name or number of someone who might be able to address this, we just put it in the computer." This is customer service? Haha, the customer may NOT always be right but you will never win an argument with one. You forget that your bread and butter come from customers who use use your services. But then, you don't really give a hoot about customers, you just want those fees that your services bring in. Well everyone, you decide if this is the type of company you want to bring your business too, I won't, I will be be using ACE CHECK CASHING SERVICES, at least they know what a durable power of attorney is and what weight it holds regarding financial transactions. You folks have a wonderful day. The motto of the day, "stop the stupidity."
