They wouldn't let me open a checking account because my credit score was to low. It was free checking, not requesting a loan. They were rude and embarrassed me, made me feel like I wasn't good enough. I tried to ask for someone else and was interrupted with a reply, "Your numbers aren't good to bank with us, Thank you". TERRIBLE customer service. Thought I opened another savings account online with $500. Bank of Colorado took the $500, no account was opened and no one knows where my money is. I'll be prosecuting Bank of Colorado and getting my money back and then some. Make no mistake.

I've been with a lot of different banks in my lifetime and I have to say Bank of Colorado has been the absolute best. My wife and I have been notified at least twice of "suspicious activity" on our account. Guess what, it was. The personnel in our local bank are also tops. I didn't have to write this, but all they've done, they deserve it.

Big bank doing big business. Bill Pay did not send a payment...AGAIN. When I logged in today, it said I had to accept them selling my personal info just to see what happened. I did NOT agree.
