My husband and I just opened an account at Evergreen National Bank. Desirae was Very helpful. We had an obstacle we had to deal with before opening the account, but Desirae thought outside the box and made it happen. She even stayed a little later, after the bank was closed to open our account. Gary has also been very helpful. THANK YOU, Gary & Desirae!

Have been a member for over 20 years and feel of all the banks, this one is by far the best. Service is excellent and online banking makes it super easy. The phone deposit works great when you cannot get to the bank.

DO NOT BANK HERE. They do not protect the account holder from fraudulent charges to their account.

Best Bank in Colorado..period...from customer service to loans....awesome staff & management. And you are a person and ENB, not a walking dollar sign like the national banks.... Been a customer for almost 20 years can't imagine switching!

Evergreen Ripoff group bought an auto loan I had with another bank, which I never had a single issue with. The second Evergreen bought the loan I’ve had non stop issues from random fees being added, horrible customer service, automatic payments not being drafted, forced placed insurance added ($3,400)even though I had insurance coverage they tried to sneak it in a add it to my account. I went though with an auditor on Monday he account and they caught over $8,789 of charges in the bank had been trying to sneak in over approx a 4 year period. Went I sent in the supporting documents they denied it until I said then I will take this to court they paid it back because they knew they had been adding illegal fees. I finally paid off the loan and still dealing with the horrible lies and denial of this place not giving me the proper documentation. I would avoid this bank at all costs.

I am not sure what is going on but I received a text message stating that there was a charge being applied to my card in Miami. Looked like an official kind of a message. I replied NO to the message to stop the charge. But before I did that I tried calling the bank and no answer. And wouldn't you believe there is no number on the back of the card that can be called to freeze the card. So I replied NO to the message and I got another message back stating that the bank was going to give me a call. Few minutes later they called. This person had my first and last name, my wife's first and last name, our address and they had a really good knowledge of the banking application on the phone. The accounts are in my wife's name and not mine and the boo boo was him saying that I was on the accounts. I didn't give them any information at all. NOTHING. He said that someone was into our online account and had started a wire transfer. I could find nothing about the transfer when I was looking at the account while I was on the phone. This was his second mistake and it was when I hung up. He said that I was connected from my computer and the other connection was from Miami. Little did he know I was also connected from my cell phone. The man was very convincing and the phone number he called from was a Colorado number. I contacted the Jefferson county Sheriffs only to be stone walled by them. They aren't going to do a thing about it even tho they have the ability to track the phone number. This is why these things happen, lazy Police officers don't want to do their job.
