Ent Credit Union, Firestone, CO

Love them! My family has 4 personal accounts and a business account with this branch we have been with them for almost 10 years. Excellent customer service and perks!

My fiancé and I were just in at your location. We were in to help my fiancé finish setting up her new account and deposit some savings bonds. Tinabeth helped us through the whole process and she was awesome! She was very friendly and helpful and kind! She made our experience at ENT smooth and very welcoming. Ent is great. Wonderful credit union, can't recommend them enough, and they keep adding more sites. If you live in Colorado you can't do wrong by banking here, and if they aren't in your area, they will be soon

I am experiencing an absolute nightmare with ENT. We received paperwork about our car loan that looked like spam, but we called just to make sure. Ent customer service told us they weren’t sure and gave us general 1-800 numbers, which led nowhere. They regularly give wrong information, conflicting information, and wait times are incredibly long. I’m literally on hold right now trying to ask the same questions they blew me off about last month. I hate this bank, I cannot say enough how awful they are. Run!

I had my card stolen & destroyed by the ATM because the keyboard didn't work. When I went inside to let them know it was broken, I was told that several other people had lost them the same way. I would still have my old card if these people could be bothered to put up a simple "OUT OF ORDER" sign on the damned machine when they knew it was broken!

My 76 year old mother buys postal money orders for my birthdays. ENT doesn't honor them and treats me like crook. I have 3 accounts here. Why would I come here wi fake stuff? Started banking here because Credit Unions generally have better customer service than big banks. My other accounts are with B of A and they don't treat me like a crook. Really disappointing.
