The absolute worst company to deal with. I am a contractor that has been fighting with them for over 6 months to get paid. Continually it is one excuse after another. whoops we forgot this, oops we forgot that oops we forgot to have supervisor call you back. They are extremely in organized. I have spent over 40 hours on hold with them in the last two months alone. If you are a contractor and your client has Flagstar. run, run away and run away fast.

The way their online banking is set up, they don't let you set up autopay if you're within a certain number of days when your payment is due. This makes it very difficult to set up auto-payments, which in turn makes people LIVING IN 2021 WITH EVERYTHING ON AUTOPAY miss payments. It feels very predatory. IT SHOULD BE EASY TO PAY YOUR MORTGAGE. I've had to make 3 phone calls to pay my mortgage and set up autopay. Infuriating.

wow, really dumb company. They try to mess with my payments to make it look like I'm behind. I'm pretty sure they're scam artists. I'm going to call 9 news tomorrow. After spending hours on the phone trying to figure out why my payments were withdrawn from my bank account and mysteriously missing on their end, i really wish my loan wasn't sold to them. Super frustrating!!!!!

Just hope they don't take over your loan. Fees and misappropriations of funds, nothing changes without 5 phone calls and several emails, and they've only taken my loan over since December. Best of luck.
