Kim Beirne is, hands down, the best lender I have ever worked with. Years ago, when another lender couldn't get our file across the finish line, I was introduced to Kim. I called her on December 21st and explained our situation. The previous lender had our file going on 60 days without progress. Kim was on Christmas vacation, walking down the beach in Hawaii, and she ensured me that she could get us closed. So we begged the selling contractor for yet another extension. On January 21st, she got our file funded and we got the keys to our house. We have now closed our third home loan with Kim and we will never use another lender. I highly recommend that if you are in the market for a home loan or refi, that you use Kim and her Loan Simple team; you will not be disappointed. Loan Simple is a customer service based company that happens to do home loans.
