Horrible customer service. The lady I spoke to was snotty as hell. They refuse to give me an updated balance letter for my lender to buy my house. They won’t email me anything. They are make everything difficult purposely even after We just paid them 7 thousand dollars to get the loan taken care of on our end. We are dealing with much larger corporations with credit cards and loans who had no issue doing this for us. So for them to not cooperate is really sad. We have had nothing but issues with them and their “policies” that are in place. They even tricked us into a loan insurance that would help with a payment in the case of a layoff and then wouldn’t honor that for us even with proof so we paid $2000 for nothing. Don’t recommend getting a loan through them. Super unprofessional and not good business. Credit union or bank is a much better option.

Love this place, yes you pay a little higher interest rate but fir people trying to repair credit and consolidate they are fair. Staff is amazing and very transparent

Very easy online application. Banker was great and went over all loan information. This has helped me payoff my high interest credit cards and just have one payment monthly. Thank you

I recieved solicitations with no return address. Solicitations are purposely packaged so that I would open them and be exposed to their advertisement. I get a lot of junk mail from them with misleading packaging designed to get me to open it. They have wasted my time and taken my contact info from the three credit agencies without my consent for advertising purposes. This method macks integrity which is a terrible first step to take with prospective clients!

This is my first experience with OneMain. Nick was my representative and he did an excellent job making sure I had what I needed in order to get my loan approved. It was simple and easy. Highly recommend them to help you.

I have redone my loan with one main multiple times. I was pre qualified so I wanted to see what I could do to pay some stuff off like the other reviews. I was treated like a new customer like I've never been in there before. I've never been late on a payment but just kept being told my money was too tight even though I could have handled a higher payment. Also, apparently they arent able to not count student loans now even though thats literally what they have done for me before since they are being forgiven oh and are in deferment. Which apparently means nothing anymore even though mortages don't count those. They must have new people working that don't want commission from the loans.... or don't want business. That's okay I'll make sure to pay this off as soon as I can and never give them one more dime since they are unwilling to help someone who has never missed a payment. I would recommend upgrade.
