My husband and I worked with Joe and his team to finance our first home and had the most seamless experience. Our realtor initially referred us to Joe, among some other lenders, and Joe was by far the quickest to respond and the most willing to spend the time with us running hypothetical numbers, helping us understand what our budget might look like vs what we'd be approved for, and giving us a heads up on things to look out for with other aspects of a home payment like taxes. We had to put in offers on several different houses before getting the home we are in now, and Joe was always on top of everything needed to get our offer put together -- including working with us on nights, weekends, and during his vacation to help us understand how to make the most of the cash we had on hand/our budget while still being competitive in the market. Ultimately, the fact that we were working with Joe and his team worked in our favor on getting an offer accepted, as the seller's team knew everything would go smoothly and close on time due to Joe's great reputation. Truly appreciate their help in understanding all the jargon in this process, and staying on top of us to make sure everything went smoothly.
