Bank of the West, Fort Morgan, CO

Worst bank i have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. "End of the month" billing ya know on 17th?? Hidden fees, incompetent and nervous employees, made too many trips in here to correct mistakes, my father passed i closed his account and my own. Here i am next day sitting in lobby trying to pay off a charge...on a closed account. Whats that? What do mean i cant pay it cause its closed? Family and friends have affectionately named this place. "Kick me down bank" cause when your already on your hands and knees. They continue kicking you in the stomach to see if they can lossen some more change from your pockets

They are always really nice to me when I go in there which is pretty cool, unfortunately though the ATM there is out of cash and awful lot and I have a lot of problems with their online app and phone system. Today it wouldn't let me on the app it said I had to call the phone system instead, I call the phone system and it said it was unavailable. It's past banking hours so the bank is closed. Guess I really didn't need to know how much money I had anyway. Very frustrating.

I love this bank I have been with Bank of the West for many years and they help me with any questions or problems that I have I tell him ahead of time what's going on and I've never had a problem I love all the employees you guys are awesome thank you for being there for me when I've always needed you

Inconvenient in many ways. Atm is always out of cash or down. Their customer service line is always at least a 10 minute wait no matter what you are waiting for. Close at 4pm and not open on Saturdays. When you do get a hold of someone on the phone they're quite disregarding to any of your needs. Checks cost a fortune.

If you are looking for quality customer service, our good friend Yoda would say, "find it you will not. " I was not met with a cheery smile or given a warm welcome. It was a cold arduous inconvenience that I walked into their establishment. My apologies bank of the west for my existence.
