Moneygram is getting a 1 star. I sold a puppy to a legitimate buyer in Maryland, delivered by a legitimate pet transport. The puppy was in his hands when he went into Walmart to send me the money. The moneygram put a hold on the transfer and would not let us pick up the money. They told my buyer he needed to go back to Walmart and get his money back!!! So now I have to wait for my money as a legitimate dog breeder because the people at moneygram are playing dictators within our own country!!! Wow why do they get to decide who gets to send money and to who they want to send it to. Everyone involved had a valid ID.
