Incredible. This branch never seems to fail in pure amazement. After giving them the review they deserved 2 years ago, I just found out about some surprise collection they filed for $2700 for absolutely no reason. No one can tell me at their corporate office and how can I owe money after checking account is closed by them. Pure scam artists and fighting it all the way.

DO NOT work with them for mortgages. The worst bank I have ever worked with. Not this particular location, but their national mortgage division. I probably wasted 20 hours of my life working with people that do not understand how mortgage origination works. Stay away.

It's a bummer but you can't even call the bank anymore. It goes to a message that says call a 1-800 number that tries to sell you a bunch of scams. Its like they just gave up on doing proper business.

Over the course of my account I had numerous "service" charges that only seemed to happen when it put the account into the negative. Then the would charge an overdraft. Horrible rates as well. I recommend using a different bank.

Wow. Where do I even start. Maybe with they are lucky Google makes you give at least a star. There are so many problems with BTW it is not even funny. This is absolutely by far a bank worse then SVB, and we all know what happened to them. Start by withdrawing all the money you wish to claim yours. They do not work for you, only to get you. Fees are ridiculous and that is their best quality, high fees. A simple deposit will take 15 minutes to process if you are first in line. They will pretend to work for you and work against you behind your back. This will not be your money. They will lie to you. Well this is true if they decide to open for the day. Online services are from the stone age. You will have better luck giving the homeless money and trusting they will use it to better their life. If you don't like your hard earned money, I would still run from them. Beware as this will hopefully at least save a few from losing everything.

I've found the switch from Bank of the West to BMO to be awful. Web experience is worse among other things.
