This bank is totally worthless they close early and never pick up phones.
I sold my lawn care equipment to one of their longtime commercial customers and yesterday we both drove 2 hours to meet halfway and they totally left us hanging I noticed how frustrated he was trying to call the branch and then worthless customer service number and they just didn't care, I had to drive home with out equipment and with out assurance that the transfer will come through, luckily equipment buyer is a honest hard working man, and seems like everything will work but whenever us bank wants tho.
I'l update on this soo as I receive payment
UPDETE: we still haven't resolved due to unprofessionalism with this us bank I have received and sent a many wire transfers with my credit union and my credit union shows so much professionalism that I don't have to do much they take care of it but us bank is a real pain they call the owner of the account several times for information and also called me for full name, full SSN, address, reason for the wire transfer, bill of sale etc.... very strict against customers but workers sounds very relaxed and careless

This bank never has consistent hours their door says drive through is open until 5:00 but then it's actually closed at 4:00 I think it's almost time for me to change Banks at this point cuz it's always something going on with this Bank that I can never do business during the times I am able to do business at. I don't know how the 9 to 5 can even do business here at all. And no I don't need the company to reach out to me a say well there is online banking, apps and even the atm at the door. Everything I need to do a machine can not do.

Second drive through lane has been out of commission for a month now. We all have to wait in one drive through lane for over 20 mins, everytime! Very inconvenient. Shopping for a new bank while I sit here in line.

Line is super long in the drive-through! Should hire more personal. Something is always wrong either only one lane out of two is open or internet is out. Needs improvements!!
