I drop off deposits for my company a few times a week. After a hard days work it is so refreshing to talk to Chantel!! She is amazing! So upbeat and happy all the time! I look forward to even a hello from her. She sure makes my day better. We definitely need more people like her working in customer service! What good is a bank that doesn’t let you access your money?

Had a terrible experience with them. When I first moved here, they allowed me to open a bank account even though I had a balance I owed to a different bank. When I went back to reopen my account, the branch manager said she didn't feel comfortable reopening another account. Even though I already had an account there. Very disappointed in this bank.

Always helpful with any problems, though few in number.
