Check Into Cash, Grand Junction, CO

My husband went in here just to cash his check and they asked for his id, his social, three references, they said they had to “verify” his identity. They were very racist and refused to help Him. I called 20 minutes later and they told me all I needed was an ID to cash a check so tell me why you needed all that from him it’s because they’re very racist and very rude I would never recommend this place to anyone

I’ve been to this location many times. I’ve always had great customer service and they have always worked with me. Today I came in and they only have 1 computer that allows them to process their loans and with an office full of people it does not allow them to achieve success with customers to get them in and out and I feel bad. The corporate company should set them up for success and give them what they need to be able to serve their customers who they treat with really great respect and customer service.

I got myself into a bind with an error made by my bank and me! I got there and was quickly ushered in. Furthermore, I brought the proper documents after doing research online, so the paperwork went fast. My credit history isn't bad, just limited. I was first denied, but was resolved after some research and resolution! I'm terrible with names; thus I won't slaughter her awesome smile. Yet, I will say she waited on me very patiently, for that, I was grateful. Thanks to them, I could cover my overdraft and acquire some groceries till payday...thank you. The ladies there are wonderful, friendly and hardworking. Hopefully, I won't require that emergency funding again, but if so, I will return... Once again thank you for everything today.

This place is very easy to work with. I came here needing a little extra money and they made it very easy to do so. They will call and tell you if you can refinance and also call you before your payment comes out of your account. I highly recommend coming here. The ladies here are absolutely amazing as well!

This place came through for me all summer long in a big way. The 2 ladies that work there are so professional, so willing to help & they get it done with a smile, never mind they are both amazingly beautiful hotties, but, anyway truly this place gets it done every time I highly recommend them.
