We love working with James! He is so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. James helped us last year when we refinanced our mortgage and he was so great. He just got done helping us finance the loan on our new house. He was so easy to get in touch with and quick to respond when we needed a pre-approval letter or just had questions. We just got done selling our house and the people buying it didn't have the best lender and closing had to get pushed out 3 times because of that. That whole process just made us appreciate James even more. He not only gets the job done but he keeps you informed about everything going on so you aren't left in the dark. We would highly recommend James to everyone who is buying a new home or refinancing their existing one. We will definitely be using James for all our mortgage needs as long as he is around.

James Call is an absolute professional and is as real as they come. Are you looking for someone that's always a simple call or text away? Someone that is dependable, helpful, and a pleasure to work with throughout the loan process? If so, then James is your guy.

But for James, I would not be a homeowner right now. Could not ask for a better loan officer.

I'm a little late writing this review, but just wanted to make sure I got my two cents in. We moved here in June from Washington State. We were casually looking at houses in Grand Junction for a year and connected with James. During our year of what if's and when can we make the move (and find the right house living 1000 miles away), James kept in contact with us the whole time to see how we were doing and if there was anything he could do to help. I really feel like he went way above and beyond to help us bring things together. He explained things so that we understood what was going on and gave us wonderful advice. I felt like he had our back the whole time. He knew that there was a possibility that we wouldn't move here, but he kept the communication open. I could go on and on, but honestly, it was a great experience working with him!! We highly recommend him!! We felt we left the whole experience with a new friend!!

James was pleasant, personal, and professional at all times. He was quick to respond to questions and gave timely updates on the process. He explained the online document process (uploading documents, document approvals) well. He explained the loan process and what was needed to get approval in a timely manner.
