Be prepared to have a bad experience. I attempted to cash a check from a customer who banks through US bank. US bank actually charges you to cash a check written by one of their own customers.
personal information is written on a scrap sheet of paper, rather than directly inputting PI information directly into their computer system as the information is being relayed.
No customer service- The teller literally threw the check I tried cashing back at me. She stated she couldn’t cash it. She offered no explanation as to why. I had to ask, why. It was only then she offered to guide me through US banks procedures, but not once had she tried explaining US banks procedures prior to me asking. She was quick to deny service.
US Bank, please offer customer service training to your employees, and management. In addition, provide them with more training on how personal Information should be protected.

If you want a truly terrible banking experience, this place is for you. They will fee you as much as possible and provide minimal service. I've now received two debit cards with defective chips and cant use my card or even get money from an ATM and because YESTERDAY was a holiday, all locations are closed and their support is useless. Meghan is wonderful and incredibly helpful and the only reason I gave 2 stars not 1, but I will be closing my accounts regardless.

Well in response to several folks who seem to hate this bank, I have nothing but good things to say about them. I have been a customer for almost two years and NEVER have I been shown anything but friendliness, respect and realistic answers when I have a question. So to some of you, Don't be so picky, it will only cause you stress.

It's a bank with their own set of rules, as each bank has. Some rules are stupid others understandable. In today's society, you almost have to have a bank, unfortunately
