According to the company they will not charge more than 100 dollars in overdraft fees per day but they charged me north of 200 instead. Very dishonest Wouldn't even cash my check due to some rule that the teller made up on the spot

I just opened a bank account here due to having issues with my old bank. My biggest issue is having a debit card since I work online. Turns out they can print one within minutes. Also no hold time on their phone calls. 5 stars in my book.

My wife went in today to deposit a settlement check we got, but the lawyer only put my wife name on it, no big deal. For years on payday my wife deposits her paycheck into my account, as I pay all the bills out of my account. Never had a problem. But today, my wife went with one of my deposit slips from my check book and they refused to let her deposit any of the $$ into my account like she wanted too. My wife said she wanted it put into my account but they refused to do what she requested. My wife has a broken leg and I'm disabled.! Now, we have to go back to the bank 2 more times to transfer our money. As soon as the check clears we are pulling All our money out of this dump of a bank and going to my credit union. We'll put our $$ somewhere where we control how we spend or deposit it. Not the bank.
