The worst customer service. Everytime I go into this branch I regret it. Rude. Unwilling to help.

Great customer service in this branch

Drove all the way from Longmont and this location tried to close early on Saturday and Donna refused to help us even though we got to drive thru before close. Then she helped three people in other lane after us. I'm done with Bank of Colorado.

Paul at Bank of Colorado is great. He was able to assist us exactly as we wished. The customer service was great, and everything was done promptly and professionally.

Ms. Aliyah did an amazing job and was super efficient and helpful. Would recommend to anyone needing help with their account or in need of opening a new account. Super friendly staff :)
