A banker called me to tell me I wouldnt be charged a 5.00 overdraft fee because I used the wrong bank to pay a bill. Well, that was a lie because I was charged a fee After I sent money to cover that right away. What a way to lose business!

I'm a small business owner in Greeley, I worked with Gayle to get the PPP loan to help get through being shut down due to Covid-19. I have recently heard the funds are already gone and many banks didn't work with businesses to help. Thank you so much for your prompt help!! You saved us!!

This bank is the absolute best!! I’ve banked there for 12 years and they know me by name when I go in. They are always super friendly and very helpful both in person and on the phone. I highly recommend them!!

The opposite of helpful, worst bank ever! I like to use smaller, local companies, this was a mistake
