Probably the least competent bank I’ve ever been to. It takes weeks to resolve ANY issues (issues that they’re responsible for) . The website and app are always having some kind of trouble, their help center is anything but helpful as they keep you on hold only to transfer you 5 times (each person they transfer you to will ask the same exact questions as the last it is exhausting) this bank is slow, unprofessional and unreliable the staff in the physical location are the only redeeming quality of this bank.

The staff here have always been friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Gisely, Analy and Megan all do a great job and even handle the many rude and impatient people with kindness. We don't deserve you great people. Thanks for always helping.

The only reason I've stayed is because of the great staff that work for usbank. The bank itself is a joke, I didn't get what I signed up for, I was not notified of a charge on my account and that someone changed my email. Your money is safer left outside in the open than with usbank.

The front sign on the bank says drive-through open at 9 am. The website says 9:30 am. Could someone at the bank make the necessary change so both forms of information agree?
