Services offered are consistently second rate. No temp debit cards, they take a week or longer to arrive by mail, always behind the notice thanking you for obtaining them. Their bill pay is slow and unreliable. They charge sixty four dollars for overdrafts, instead of the standard thirty two. Their online banking consistently locks me out. I wish I didn't have to use them, but my employer does.
