I visited Ace Cash Express on 10/27/23 and received excellent customer service. Matt was courteous, friendly, welcoming and attentive to me as I was going through the process of cashing a check. I would definitely recommend this location because of Matt's demeanor and the fast but efficient service.

Matt is super helpful and no matter what the issue is he will go over and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. Wish I could rate him more than 5 stars.

They do not cash out of state estate checks. They only take money from homeless people here. I recommend not doing this even if it is an emergency. When you have money they do not help you. He literally said I don’t make money from cashing checks. He was initially extremely rude and harassed me in front of my family. He immediately said that he could not cash the check and then was asking for personal phone numbers. The check is legitimately from an estate wherein which my grandfather died. Very messed up. Do not go here if you want independence with money. They only want to get you caught up in a loan.
