Bank of Colorado, Lakewood, CO

I just opened up my business accounts here this week. I don’t write a ton of reviews but when I’ve had extraordinary service I feel compelled! Angelique helped me open my accounts to start. My previous bank took FOREVER to open up my first account (literally like 3 hours for one account - thanks chase lol). Since I was opening multiple accounts I reached out to see if I could fill out needed paperwork prior to coming in, since I needed to work later that day. I filled out everything, and sent it in to be processed the next day. By the time they opened Angelique had everything ready to go and was so organized. She walked me through everything, and I was literally in and out within 30 minutes. The whole time I felt very comfortable, and safe with their added security measures. Angelique was so nice and pleasant to chat with while we went over paperwork. My next experience with Bank of Colorado was just now with Alex via phone call. He helped me set up ACH and was so warm and friendly even though it was only a few minute phone call. Overall, everyone I’ve encountered seems really happy and bubbly and I wish I had moved banks sooner. This process was so easy and again - nicest staff. Thanks guys!

Worse bank ever don't open a account here. They won't cash checks for anyone unless you bank there. Do your homework people

Where do I start! I have never in my life had such an amazing experience at a bank. Today when on my way to the Bank of Colorado to open a business account I was to say the least not looking forward to it. That all changed as soon as I stepped through the door of The Bank of Colorado (Lakewood). Tyler Lucas greeted my with a huge smile that instantly made me feel at home. After finding out my needs he proceeded to answer any and all questions I had professionally but in the most down to earth manner you can imagine. If he thought I wasn't sure or there was some information or process I did not understand he went through every detail making me feel confident and completely at ease. After letting him know what kind of account I initially wanted he pointed out that there was another type of account that would cost me less money and give me more benefits. Fantastic! Tyler was thorough, effective and efficient. I just knew I was in good hands. I now have my business account and I could not be happier with my bank choice. Thank you Tyler Lucas...you are simply amazing and I definitely see bank management in your future if not more! and Thank You Bank of Colorado!

I just went in today to open an account, and Tyler was an absolute gem!! He was very professional and nice and explained everything about opening the account. Glad I switched banks.

Seems weird that you can’t simply exchange money without having an account. Seems like a sign that they wouldn’t make things very convenient for customers. I’ll take it as a red flag for if I’m ever considering switching banks
