Horrible customer service. I called the other day to see how long it usually takes to get my debt card in the mail and the lady was so rude about just a simple question. I been wanting for a little over a month now. I understand people have bad days but to take it out on a customer that has nothing to do with your personal life is just ridiculous.

Amazing people, feels like family. Always ready to help and make any interface pleasant and professional. Everyone makes me feel like I am the most important account at the bank. I recommend highly to everyone.
