I got approved for auto loan in just a minute for $18700 and they paid off my loan in two weeks. They gave me the lowest rate compare to other companies out there and also lowest monthly payment, THE BEST DEAL EVER! i would recommend partner to anyone family and friends.. I applied for a loan for 10,000 dollars and was denied. I honestly believe the lady that I was assigned to has mental issues or she was high on marijuana. I had to continuously repeat my income and explain to her that all my cars I own and are paid off except for my jeep which I’m financing. Still she kept bringing up my closed car loans that i paid off years ago. I have a great credit score and a 90,000 dollar income. After being told I was not approved, I went to one main financial who approved me for a 20,000 dollar personal loan. if you want your time to be wasted and talk to incompetent employees then by all means come here they’re great at doing that!

Came in to use the change machine and thought it would be free because I am a member at another credit union. I found out the fee is 10%, which is higher than the machines at Walmart. I thought we were partners. Luckily the machine was clear about the charge before I started, so I never put in any money. I just made the longer drive to my CU.

Just opened an account on 8/12 and 9/1 I'm closing the account. Horrible customer service, holds checks for 9 business days. Everything is locked for the first month of your account. You have to go to one branch and one alone, it's a mess. Was told we would get $500 for depositing $500 which wasn't true.

I've been visiting this branch each month for the last two years making payments on an account with a different credit union. So convenient that they can take these across organizations. Today there was a small mistake made that I didn't notice until I got home. I contacted them and it was immediately corrected without having to return to the branch. THANK YOU SO MUCH. I continue to love this company and location!

By far the WORST credit Union I have had the displeasure of dealing with. I will NEVER recommend this credit Union to anyone. It is so mismanaged. But if you love waiting in extremely long lines (both on the phone and in person) and after two years still not having the same problem resolved, then this is your place! Honestly, not even sure how they are still open… their customer service is just so so awful!

Partners always has taking care of my family and I. We have received great customer service and have multiple accounts open with them for almost 10 years now. I wouldn’t and don’t trust any other bank with my $$$. We appreciate the low interest rates on the CC as well.
