I would like to thank Brett Shields, our loan Officer with Pivot Lending Group. He has closed two loans for us in the last year. He is amazing to work with. He is so calm and patient and does not mind answering as many questions as I had. He was always polite and available whenever I needed him. He is very knowledgeable and he helped me to find the best loan and terms for our financial needs and goals. I would highly recommend working with Brett.

Just want to preface that the 5 stars go to Pivot and their team but I wouldn't be giving them 5 stars if it wasn't for Marc Emrich! Marc helped me through my situation with ease and couldn't have done this without him. He was very responsive and knew what he was doing. He was very straight fourth with what he needed and by when, and if you follow his directions, not a problem can get in your way. Like I said before, the whole team is great, however if you go with Pivot, PLEASE ask for Marc!

Without a doubt, dealing with Pivot Lending has been the worst experience of my life! Dealing with the death of a loved one is easier. My loan wasn't approved until 15 hours before closing. The requests for documentation was endless, try logging into the IRS website not once but twice for documentation and the requests for documentation has continued AFTER ClOSING! The appraisal came in higher than the purchase price, which sent the entire loan process into a tail spin, yes I did say higher. And these are just a few of the low points in dealing with Pivot Lending. My recommendation, avoid Pivot Lending at all cost.
