They were friendly and personable and made me like a friend. They helped guide me to determine the best loan for my current situation and financial goals. I always felt they had my best interest at the forefront and didn’t try to put me in a loan that didn’t meet my needs. They kept me updated throughout the entire loan process, explaining the timelines for each part of the loan- underwriting, appraisals, closing. This really helped my expectations of when the loan would close. Closing was easy and cost was what was quoted, no surprise additional cost, like I have had with other lenders in the past.
