Shelly gave OUTSTANDING SERVICE. I bank with Wells Fargo and I lost my physical driver's license and so I am having to temporarily use the my Colorado digital ID which has made it a struggle to cash my check not even my own bank would cash it. I called Ace and Shelly answered she confirmed she would accept my digital ID and sure enough I made into Ace 10 minutes before they closed on Friday and Shelly was so gracious kind helpful and just as she said she accepted my ID and cashed my check. Shelly is seriously an asset to their team I love meeting people like her she made my entire week!!! Thanks again Shelly!!
