Caliber home loans has robbed me of my financial goal of a Mortgage Recast in 2022. I have been lied to and provided wrong information by customer service agents and supervisors. I am left out in the dust on my one financial goal of 2022. I am a financial professional and at this point I am left with one feeling. That Caliber Home Loans has no problem with deceptive business practices.

I have now worked with Ron on the closing of two houses and a refinance and couldn't be happier with my experiences all three times. He did all the work for me and made my life a heck of a lot easier during a stressful time of trying to buy and sell my homes. Glad I have worked with him and they will continue to get my business!

Patty from Caliber Home Loans is absolutely amazing to work with. She knows her stuff frontwards and back! We had some unique challenges to overcome, which she found perfect solutions to. Patty seems to work nearly 24 hours a day! Amazing experience with Caliber!

We've been doing business with Patty for many years. She has done a terrific job for us every time we have purchased a new home or refinanced a current mortgage loan. I would not call anyone else in the entire front range to handle our mortgage loan needs.
