Absolute garbage organization. Will never use again. Paid off my vehicle two weeks ago and still have not seen my title. Called 4 days ago and asked for status and they said it hadn't even been mailed. Then I asked if they could send me a picture of it so I could at least try to get my truck sold because I have a pending buyer. Couldn't even do that. I hope they have a good attorney.

Just a couple of things that I don’t like about Centennial lending. Their website is not user-friendly they do not have an app that you can download so you can make payments. You have to go to their website and go through several logins to actually make a payment. Second, is if you use bill pay through another bank it takes them too long “7 days”to process the payment not including weekends, then if your payment is late they charge you a late fee. Third, you can’t pay with a debit card on their website like most banks. Centennial, you need to catch up with the rest of the world. One more thing, if you make partial payments, they hold it until you have a full payment and then process the payment. I like to split up my payments and have it applied at the time it’s been made. Anything for an extra Buck!

Don’t use this bank! They are very unprofessional like. They don’t use an appraisal company they just use their opinion on what housing /land pricing should be in their eyes. They will devalue your land value,

I refinanced my mortgage through Centinnial Lending about five years ago. The process was very fast and without problems. When I have to call them for anything, it's usually concerning my impound account. I have nothing but good to say about every contact I've had with them, especially Betsy. She responds by either email or phone and within less than 24 hours.
I read the other reviews about their website, lack of empathy due to COVID and so forth. The world does not stop turning due to the pandemic. Payments are due when they're due. If payments are set up on autopay, you don't have to go on line monthly and they are withdrawn in a timely manner. I've had literally zero problems with this company and I would use them again. Thank you, Centennial.

We could not have had a better experience with a mortgage lender. With any mortgage, there are always dozens of questions, and often those questions come at sporadically at all different points of the day. Sara at Centennial Lending walked my wife and I through the entire process and laid out each hurdle that we need to go over and how to accomplish the tasks. We highly recommend working with Centennial Lending, and Sara, on your mortgage. We could not be happier with our new home and how we got here.

I have never had such exceptional customer service, especially with Jessica Marquardt!! The quick and precise response and accuracy with data, and attached documents to provide all the information that I requested effortlessly is so priceless these days. I want to give a huge shout out to Jessica, and I will be a returning customer when my Ram lease is up. Centennial, you are luck to have Jessica as an employee.
