Bank Of Colorado, Montrose, CO

Absolutely the WORST bank I've ever banked with and I've had a relationship with many. Always had issues with this bank since day 1. This time I got a overdraft fee after I've already deposited money into the account and the teller says they cannot waive overdraft fees. (Tons of banks have a policy that lets you waive 1 overdraft fee per year but NOT this bank!) Closing my account soon and gonna try out Wells Fargo next.

This bank had a teller that didn't like me and lied about the amount I had in my account. Over a $100 in fees later the bank took 0 accountability.

I love the tellers at this bank. They are always courteous and gracious even when I make a mistake on a deposit.

Locally owned and operated bank. Compassionate treatment and understanding of customer needs.

The ATM never works at this location, and the tellers where not polite.
