Bank of Colorado, Montrose, CO

I got a commercial loan from Bank of Colorado last year and they've been the best bank I may have ever worked with! They do what they tell you they are going to do and they're very responsive. The biggest surprise was that when I paid the loan off I got the escrow refund in my account the same day! Ryan and Samantha both did right by me.

I've had my account with BOC for several years. The staff has always been very friendly. I have went into the bank, used the drive thru, and ATM at the Delta, Olathe and Montrose locations. I have also had transactions completed over the phone several times. I have never had a bad experience. All the information I need is on the app and have completed many transactions on it without any problem. I highly recommend this bank.

Katherine Hagaman is by far the most helpful and polite person I’ve ever encountered at a bank before. She truly cares about others.

Draconian banking practices. Do not recommend for anyone that needs a checking account. Look elsewhere. Has a worthless Banking Phone AP.

I have been dealing with the bank trying to get proof that we paid our IRS taxes. I have been dealing with this for months, They keep giving me numbers and saying that they will work and they don't. The IRS is saying that they need a copy of the check and the bank says that they can't get me a copy of the check! I AM NOT A HAPPY CAMPER AS THE PAYMENT WAS FOR OVER $6000!!!!!!!!!!!
