The literal worst experience you can have with a bank/Credit union. Unbelievably unprofessional and incredibly incompetent. Expect to be more likely to lose money using their services than anything else.

Hello I hope you're having a great day and if you are considering banking with Nuvista Federal Credit Union it will be the best choice you could make! I have been with them since before I graduated high school (2010) and they have been Lifesavers time and time again! There are problems that I have made that they have worked with me whether it be credit cards or loan payments or just simply an issue in my checking account they have saved me and helped me take the steps that are necessary to get me on the right track and to also help me as well. I highly highly recommend Nuvista Federal Credit Union they have been there for me with so many great moments and also the hard times, they're more like family to me. Thank you guys so much for standing by me for all these years and I look forward to many more!!!

NuVista managed our home construction loan and they were absolutely fantastic. Then we continued the mortgage through them and they were great through the closing. However, before the first payment they sold it to a national mortgage chain. Wish they would have been upfront about that. The possibility of it not being managed locally might matter more to someone else.

We followed Brandon Keltz from Bank of Colorado to NuVista for a construction loan. He made a stressful process so much less stressful, and we highly recommend working with him for a construction loan. We are closing on a long term loan next week, and Tisha has been very helpful, kind, and communicative. We are also happy with our rate. I’m not sure I would choose to bank with NuVista based on reviews and lack of technology infrastructure for payments, transfers, deposits etc, but this is a great place for a loan. Our only minor complaint is that our options for making our loan payment was by mail or in person with a check. We only received the new bill each month a few days before it was due, so I chose to drop the payment off in person each month.

Awful customer service! If you want to be treated like a child, get talked down to and cut off after 3 words this is the right bank for you! Also they will take funds out of your kids accounts and can't say where the money went? I've banked there since I was 16 somthing changed. So we switched to Alpine Bank I would highly recommend switching. Nu vista Co workers tellers loan officers and even managers act like crabby witches.
