We have banked with Vectra for the last 10 years. We have never been disappointed. Vectra is the kind of bank that uses local venders & knows your first name when you walk in the door. Your never just a number!! I would highly recommend them for all your personal and small business banking needs.

We use vectra for personal and business and they are absolutely great . They are walled me threw setting up our check system step buy step even had an I.t guy get in to my computer to help. If you want customer service and want to feel like your bank cares go here.

Vectra bank is terrible, terrible, terrible. You can not get to a real person on the phone and get stuck in an automated system forever with no choice to get to an operator ever. Do not bank with them!

I deal with 4 different banks in Montrose....soon to be down to two. Vectra in Montrose stands well above the other 3. They recognize and greet you by name when you come in....they work to answer any questions that you have and sincerely try to make things right if there is any kind of concern, and above all they do this while being absolutely professional. They have all of the modern conveniences but still do business the way banks used to.....remember???? Back when you were a person and not just a revenue stream?? Five stars for sure!
