Paonia State Bank, Paonia, CO

This bank is no longer Paonia State Bank, but UBB. I had an account with PSB for many years and noticed an extreme shift in staff knowledge and customer service when UBB took over. Staff seem poorly trained and ill-equipped to serve diverse banking needs or provide good customer service. Their online banking website was also subpar. I closed my account there and advise others to beware.

I have been a customer here for 12 or so years. Everyone is very helpful, understanding an willing to do as much as possible for their clients. I highly recommend this bank (and I DON'T like banks). You guys/ladies rock!

Seriously, the best bank ever. Good interest rates on a free checking account with world class services and headquartered in a small town. Amazing staff, service, accounts, and tech.
