ACE Cash Express, Pueblo, CO

I don't know who trained the lady working today. I called she was a total b**** wouldn't answer any questions and than rudely told me she was there until 3 and hung up on me. I still decided to go down there and give her my business she refused to look at the check and very rudely said they couldn't cash it. You all need to do some serious costumer service training

Phyllis is very helpful and very friendly . As a new customer she made me feel comfortable being here and going through the process with me. Honestly the best customer service I got. She's amazing.

My experience here is always so wonderful, Phyllis and her daughter are always so nice and helpful. Today when I went in, I counted my money, wayyyyyy off. Not sure how I did it, but Phyllis caught it thank goodness! It’s nice to be able to trust people with your money!

So i go there every Monday to be greeted by a friendly face and a positive attitude she goes more than out of her way to make sure everything goes smoothly and I get in & out of there in a lot less time than it takes to go to the bank. Very happy with service there
