I worked with the most amazing woman in then world. Her name was Raquel Watts and she handled every thing for me and was literally the most informative employee I have ever met. Honestly If you ever go here and you get the pleasure of working with her then you will have the most amazing experince ever. Highly recommended and will keep continuing to do business there.

I went into the Branch as a non member. I was greeted by the Assistant Manager Sara. She was very helpful, professional, and courteous. Because of positive attitude and willingness to help me. I will be becoming a member of this credit union in the near future.

Seems like it would be a great place to work but not bank at. They don't have very many locations and it seems like I'm either really unlucky or every time I come to the bank they're at a meeting and the bank's not open for the day or it's some holiday that I was unaware of. I wish my job would give me that much time off. Also for some reason I can't get there mobile deposit to work for me. It always says it can't read the signature. I have to rely on driving all the way across town and hoping that they're not at some kind of meeting or off for some holiday or have a late start time it always seems like something

If I could give 0 stars I would. I just called because my auto payment did not come out this month for my loan payment. Call customer service and they tell me there was maintenance done on their side which caused them not to pull and not sure if they will pull for month........... but they can take a payment with a $20 charge when it was their fault to begin with and they would not waive that fee. I've also had problems with the debit card being sent to me not hooked up to my account. Then them attaching it to the wrong account. It's never ending.

This is may be my 3rd review with how horrible this bank is. They messed up taking my car payments the way that I do them. Pretty simple; go in twice a month so i can put extra on principle and pay it down quicker. Well somehow a few months of payments were put in incorrectly and the front desk (Andrew) caught it. The loan officer never called me like she was supposed to, to update me on my account. So I have no idea if she even fixed it the way I intended for it to be paid. So unprofessional. No update from the loan side at all! Now on the other hand, Andrew was amazing! He called me to tell me about the mistake that HE caught. He explained everything to me down to the T and to where I understood the mistake. When I called back to get an update since the Loan side didn't even try to call me, Andrew once again called me and updated me. Which he shouldn't have had to. It should've been done by whoever handles the car loans. So Andrew, thank you for your help. But to anyone else looking for a good bank... DO NOT GO HERE!
