Alpine Bank, Rifle, CO

They like to hold your money so they can make the interest off of it. I want my money when I want to use it. Not have to get permission from a company using my money.

Total disappointment, I had set up an appointment to open my Business Account from 9:30am - 10:30am Thought id give Alpine a try (you hear great commercials on the radio) Got a call around 5:00pm the day before It was a lady to take more of my info, then she informed me id have to drop off documents, LEAVE and then return later to sign paperwork. She acted like because of the fact I was not an existing account holder, wanting to open a business account.. it was a pain. I made this appointment strategically to work with my schedule. I can not express the disappointment I have experienced here, and the Glenwood Springs location as well. Same thing in Glenwood, gave information and waited ALL DAY LONG for a call back. NOTHING. DO NOT BELIEVE THE COMMERCIALS ON THE RADIO ABOUT ALPINE BANK, CLAIMING IT VALUES SMALL BUSINESSES. ITS ALL BS! THEY SAY EXACTLY WHAT YOU LIKE TO HEAR WITHOUT BEING ABLE TO BACK IT UP.

After being a loyal customer for over 11 years, we are actively looking for a new bank. Alpine will feed you bs about how they care and want to work with you and when you need them, they basically want you to give them your first born. Never again will we do business with them.

You should really consider burying your money in the ground before considering doing business here. The customer service is terrible. This banks practices are well behind the times.

All Alpine Banks are different, that is by Management and personnel, the RIFLE banks have the small town appeal for Locals...and it's fun to go check out the other ones..I really like the one at West Glenwood Mall and then you go to the one at the Meadows by the pet store and it's a whole different situation...so far I've always have been called by the RIFLE Bank to see if I have any problems or need assistance...that's nice...good to give too the Community's they are serving...
