Everyone at the bank is always very helpful.

They do not greet you, no doubt the people posting the reviews updated immediately after mine work there. They discriminated against a client because he is white, when the bank manager Victoria was confronted with this, she said that she was white, she is not. I don't care what nationality she is or isn't, she lied. They have been trying to close the account down since it was opened. She said they don't allow business deposits in personal accounts. Every depositor gets paid by a business, when I said that to her she stumbled on her words. She either lied or didn't check to see if a wire had arrived when we called the bank to ask because it wasn't posting to the account. One of the non white people was laughing when I came in and confronted her. She looked me up and down filling her cheeks with air laughing. Being accused of fraud is not a laughing matter. The customer 'care' doesn't care, they only referred us back to the tyrant who said she was shutting the account down, but customer care said it wasn't shut, so which is it? Do not expect to be treated with respect at ANB bank. They created the problem either by not doing their job or lying. They messed up the application and didn't assign a 'number' that customer care requires. They are rude, racist and incompetent.
