Prompt and courteous service that starts with a greeting when you come through the door; they make banking as good as it gets.

I love the bank. And Most all the Tellers are awesome and they usually are very helpful... but The teller Nacy that works in the Rifle Colorado branch is ABSOULTY rude and NO HELP AT ALL.. SHE REALLY NEEDS TO BE RETRAINED ON CUSTOMER SERVICE BY HER MANAGERS OR FIRED... NACY YOUR ABSOULTY NO HELP AT ALL AND SUCK AT YOUR JOB..

Bank itself is good enough but their customer support kinda sucks. Slightly better then most banks overall.

They always cash my check and now they make prombles about it. Super frustrating waisting my time.

Poor customer service, careless employee. Do yourself a favor and head 4 blocks down the road and go to Alpine Bank. I just moved to CO and opened an account with bank of Colorado yesterday. Today I was told the cashier check I was trying to deposit would be subject to an 11 day waiting period and nothing they could do by an employee who clearly didn’t care. Not having money for 2 weeks isn’t an option for me. I went a few blocks down to Alpine Bank where they verified the cashiers check, set me up an account, provided excellent customer service, and got me on my way.

Worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. I opened an account with $100 and tried to cash a check and they said it would be two weeks before I could use the money. I went to another bank and got my money. I tried to close my account with these guys and they said it would be a $75 charge unless I waited 6 months. Unbelievable.

I love this bank. Great people. Always so helpful and friendly.
