They make having documents notarized super easy. I live out in the country, and my printer ran out of ink. Instead of having to go to Walmart, buy ink, go home, print, and then return back. They just had me email the document and printed it for me. Saving me a trip in town. Awesome customer service!

I have used chaffee title and escrow and another escrow company in salida on highway 50 and chaffee county out mans, works, and go's out of there way to make your transaction work! the company on Highway 50 is rude, and will do nothing but minimal service if you get any service at all.
