Every time I get to the bank I’ve had a good experience! The guy that works at our Salida branch has the very best customer service! I’m so bad at names… he works at the drive up window. He’s personable and efficient. Seriously one of the best employees of a bank I’ve ever known! Also, everyone at the bank does an amazing job! Everyone is so helpful and personable!! Thanks everyone!

It's been my hometown Bank for 20 years. Friendly customer service, trusted advisors, easy online banking and handy phone app too. I use the bank for business and personal accounts and consume many of their services. Very happy here!

The staff is usually very friendly but today when I went inside the lady at the counter said “I already have a customer “ in as rude of a tone as possible. I apologize and continued to wait in line and then she told me her line was closed and I needed to go to the drive thru. I had to walk back to work and get my car. How frustrating.

The tellers are always warm and inviting when we come in to do business. You are greeted as soon as you walk in. The popcorn is a welcomed perk.

I have had an account with this bank following over 20 years. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this bank.

If you want to be treated like a criminal by someone who has never read the Suspicious Activity Report form but likes to quote it, this is the place for you. Maybe someone can explain the word "excess" to the tellers.
