High Country Bank, Salida, CO

Arrived at 3:30 on a Wednesday. Bank closes at 4:00. We were wanting to open an account. We were told it was too late and we’d have to schedule an appointment. We opted to go to different bank who was way more friendly and accommodating.

I have used American Bank, SunTrust, and multitude of others and they have ALL been horrible. The only two banks that I have found to have amazing customer services is Capital One and High Country Bank. I can only speak for myself from reading other reviews. But, they know me by name. The services has always been amazing. I take my two dogs everywhere. When I pull into the drive through lane there they always send out biscuits. I was in a car accident. The person that hit me didn't have insurance. They just wanted to pay for damages and was going to send the payment by ACH. I didn't feel comfortable giving out my checking account number to this person. I spoke to High Country bank and they setup a free temporary savings account for the money to be transferred into. I really like High Country Bank!!!

Excellent bank! Every time I do any business with High Country Bank, they go the extra mile and go "head and shoulders" above the other banks in this town. No wonder they are the biggest and most successful bank around. Great service and attention to detail!

Don't know how to set up a simple account and can't communicate. Poor customer service my messages were ignored for days

I've had nothing but excellent, friendly service since the day I made my first deposit. Two years later and I'm still a satisfied customer. Best bank in the Arkansas Valley, hands down.

Every little task is so difficult, from ordering checks, to raising the daily spending limit. It's been ridiculous changing my phone number. However, the tellers are extremely kind, and management is unbelievably knowledgeable and helpful! An ok small bank for small banking needs.
