TBK Bank, Severance, CO

This bank charges $5 to send you a statement. They charge you $20 per month if you don’t have activity on the account. Their hours are 9-4 and no Saturday hours. So I will have to take off work to go to the bank. Not geared toward the customer. Our family had two accounts and were very unhappy with this bank. Both accounts will be closed.

I could not be more happy with the Severance branch! They are always so incredibly helpful and kind. As a small business owner they have been so accommodating with our many requests and needs. If you want to work with a bank that is really there for YOU than choose TBK Severance.

I really like this bank. Most of my criticism is that they are almost over vigilant about fraud. However I don’t really think that is the worst trait a bank can have! The bank teller is usually come in contact with is great! And there it is a quick easy in and out process when go there. Edit: Changed to one star. I’m going to be looking for a new bank. I have to sit and deal with fraud alerts EVERY PAYDAY. It really gets old after the second time let alone multiple times for months. To add to the issue there is nothing to be done to fix it unless it’s between 9-4 weekdays only. I don’t recommend this bank to anyone.
