Terrible bank with very limited customer service. Customer since 2019 and cannot any longer endorse this business.

I have been a customer at Yampa Valley Bank since they opened. I have multiple accounts from business loans and checking to personal savings and mortgage. The quality of service is exactly what you would hope for in a banking institution. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. They are quick to respond and have always made me feel like a priority. I highly recommend putting your trust and faith in their services.

Great bank with strong community roots - old school relationship based banking. When you call, a real person picks up the phone and you get the focused and personalized attention many of the large national banks abandoned years ago. I am very pleased with the level of customer service and overall support YVB is providing - recommended without hesitation.

This is the only bank I have received the worst treatment as a client. The woman who attended me “Mexican woman” was very rude to me, told me that she was the supervisor and encouraged me to close my account if im not happy. The only thing I was doing was depositing a check as I have been doing regularly. Ill aure i will close my account with this bank ASAP.
