After 2 years they refused to help me at all when I 2 charges go through that weren't mine. Absolute worst bank I have ever dealt with.

When I went in to make a deposit of several hundred dollars, into three different accounts I had a teller (Brandy or Brenda ) wait on me she was rude and acted like she was put out!!
I have Banked with the Bank of Colorado for 15 years and I have never been treated like that in Yuma or Akron. It will never return to Sterling branch!!

I called in early in the day to see if I needed to make an appointment to come in and make a new account. I was encouraged to just come in. “We will be able to assist you right away no matter what time you come in.” Not only was that not true I wasted an entire lunch hour waiting in the lobby only to have to make an appointment on another day at their convenience not mine. Makes a person want to not do business with you. Unbelievably poor customer service and experience. Went from no doubt doing all my banking with them to reconsidering my options. However I must say this business actually took the time to call me hear me out and acknowledge changes that they can make. They responded with grace and class something to many companies fail to do. I want to commend Jody Steve and the rest of the staff for handling a frustrated customer and turning them into a hopeful longtime customer. I have never changed a review from 1 to 5 stars but these guys earned that.

I detest the Bank of Colorado and would personally give it a score of 0 if I could. I got into a sticky situation with them two years ago, and they continue to micromanage my money as if it were their own. They also won't let me access my bank or have access to my online account. This is balogna. This bank is not one I prefer. They stink.

It’s been well over a year since this original post. They’re still harassing me sending me emails. I highly recommend to everyone that they stay away from this bank. More than one of the employees here have made personal attacks on me and they continue to rub salt in the wound repetitively.
