Bank of the West, Sterling, CO

Ever since we moved to Sterling 3 and a half years ago we went back to Bank of the West as we used them most of the time while we lived in Aurora CO. They have a great staff have no loans with them yet. David is Awesome! And the branch manager is rally nice as well. We have 5 accts between the four of us in our family! I also recently got a secured credit card!

They have charged me overdraft fees when my account was positive, hold checks for 10 days without reason or warning. And say they will do something only to find out they didn’t even do it. This company only cares about the corporate pockets by abusing people struggling to get by. 10 out of 10 don’t recommend this bank

Bank of the west member in Wyoming, went into this sterling branch and respectfully requested to use the bathroom. The old lady teller dented my request which I believe was based off my ethnicity. If I were a “White” guy asking to use the restroom she would’ve been more then willing to grant my request. Don’t judge a book by this cover lady... Just to think “WE” Marines protect these u grateful people..... END RACISM does not apply in Sterling Colorado!!! I’m closing my accounts with this bank!!!

Awful, awful, home mortgage team at this bank, particularly the Sterling, Co branch. They missed things that could have been caught the moment someone applies for a loan, instead they didn’t catch a problem until a week before closing. This caused a huge headache.

This branch is awesome. BOTW a a bank, not so good.

Atrocious customer service! Fresh start checking =$12/mo. I was misinformed twice by their reps and then the manager refused to credit me for those months I paid for nothing. A total of $60 is all I was asking for. I'm closing my account and will Never use this bank again.
