Community Banks of Colorado, Telluride, CO

Everyone at Community Banks are so friendly and helpful each time I walk in. Rachel helped me figure out a direct deposit problem that I had with my account recently and she was very patient and thorough looking into the problem and explaining everything to me. Melody and Chad are also always friendly and make me feel welcomed, thank you guys for making banking easier for me. PS: My dog loves coming in for the treats!

We just can't say enough good things about the staff at Community Banks of Colorado in Telluride. Our family traveled internationally for three years, mostly on a sailboat, and we often needed help from our bank along the way (getting cash in multiple foreign countries, obtaining financial statements to obtain visas, etc). Whenever we needed help, the staff went above and beyond the call of duty to see to our needs, and never made us feel that we were inconveniencing them. We just couldn't have traveled the way we did without help from our bank. We appreciate them so much!

I worked with Andi Alexander as my mortgage broker and, despite knowing what our needs were, she continued to push me to close in a way that was not in my best interest. Not only that, but she made promises to me to get me to move the mortgage from another bank to her... and I would later find out they were all empty promises that she had no authority to make. I thought her actions were unethical and unprofessional but were willing to put it behind me and move on... until she accidentally CC'd me in an email to her peers to discuss how "horrible" I had been as a client (because I didn't just do as she said, I suppose). I would strongly advise against both this bank and this broker and will be filing complaints with the CFPB and any other regulatory bodies possible.

Love this bank! They always deliver personalized service and quick response to questions.
