Power Credit Union, Trinidad, CO

Don't use Power Credit Union! They don't release your funds and can't give you a straight answer on why. They also will deactivate your card for no reason then refuse to reactivate it.

Im convinced these reviews are fake, im not usually the one to complain about much but im compelled to write a review because of the horrible customer service I've experienced from the older lady at the front desk, she also works the drive through, I believe to get respect you give respect so I treat all with respect, so there is no real reason to be rude torwards your customers, but at the end of the day no one owes anyone anything and neither do i so as soon as my business is done there they won't be receiving it for that reason.

I went to Power Credit Union because my Credit Union was in Pueblo and they were a sister bank. They were able to take care of everything my bank in Pueblo would do without the trip so I opened an account. It only took ten minutes and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

I went in trying to get a secure credit card and they took 2 weeks to see me and when I did show up, Cheyenne still didn’t come out to see me, she had the banker telling me that she needed more info and then she’ll be able to see me when I could of pulled up the information right then and there with my phone and Cheyenne still didnt want to see me. Horrible costumer service and the security guy who was there was talking to us very rudely. I have things to do to and they just had me running around wasting my time. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Security will yell at you and workers treat you horrible. I wish I could rate 0 stars. After all this and after I talked to them about taking my business elsewhere they still ran my credit days after I put in my request to cancel everything. Worst people ever! They get robbed every other week. Worst bank ever. Don’t trust your money there.

Easy access through drive thru. There isn't an ATM or any kind of 24 hour access. However, with that being said their customer service is always above par, efficient, and more important, delivered with a smile. Im with a sister credit union and Power Credit Union has always gone out of their way to assist with deposits, withdrawals, transfers etc. Highly recommend.

I am a coop member and I was looking for an ATM, even though they did not have one the teller, Daysy, was very helpful and let me know I could withdrawal if I had my account information. The office manager, Celeste, came out of her office and introduced herself and greeted me. That doesn't happen often. Great place.

I moved my account from IB to Power Credit Union in Trinidad a couple of years ago. My main reason for opening my account at Power Credit Union is the outstanding customer service that I received from head teller, Celeste Banuelos. I'm so glad that I did! Celeste continues to give great customer service. She is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful in every way.

Celeste, Heather, Brenda and Daysy are always cheerful and very willing to help with any issue I may have. They pay very close attention to detail, and always make my encounters a pleasant experience. I feel like they truly care about me.
